My first love was the skateboard; but since picking up the bicycle in 1999, I have been pedaling ever since. A former bike messenger (Boston) and road racer (New Mexico), you can now find me riding the streets & trails on my randonneur/commuter bike, my 29plus monster-gravel bike, or my electric cargo bike. I decided to branch out on my own and start Sirius Cycles to continue my passion for riding, now with over 25+ years experience as a mechanic and technician working in the bicycle industry.

Developed during the Summer of 2011 in the halls of the Santa Fe Community College, Sirius Cycles finally opened its doors to the public in the Fall of 2012. Clemente is also a co-founder and former Board Member of the Chainbreaker Collective.
