Appreciative and grateful…

Every November I sit back give thanks that the shop is still open, I’m able to something that brings satisfaction and helps the community move forward. In these times of ever-increasing moves to the internet for the customer shopping experience, I appreciate everyone that walks through the front door. Never taking this fact for granted, I’ll continue to give you my best in customer service and quality of care for your machines.

While I do acknowledge that mistakes will be made, as I’m only human, I hope that this does not reflect who I am in my totality.
Criticism, whether constructive or otherwise, is always a good indicator for me as to where to improve or scale back on.
Everything that is said by you is taken into account and dealt with accordingly for constant refinement.

The road ahead appears promising and I am looking forward with anticipation in what will be an interesting year ahead of rides, randos and products introduced to the shop.

My family and I say many, many thanks for your continued support and I look forward to meeting new faces in this coming year of the shop.
