Bernalillo Audax 2023 (+200km) @ Sirius Cycles
Jun 10 @ 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Here we go again; another round of the Bernalillo Audax, a ride from Santa Fe to Bernalillo, NM culminating in catching the NM Rail Runner back to Santa Fe. Heading north to Los Alamos, skirting the Valles Caldera National Preserve, enjoying the eye-catching red rocks of Jemez Pueblo, then flying south from San Ysidro on NM550 to Bernalillo to catch some vibes at Bosque Brewing before boarding the locomotive.

Of course, please be aware that this is a fully self-supported ride for your personal enjoyment and is taken at your own risk! If you feel that you may be limited in your abilities to complete the ride, have someone ready to pick you up along the route as this ride is dependent that we catch the train back to Santa Fe in due time (roughly 6:09pm at the Bernalillo RailRunner Station…). Sirius Cycles will assume no responsibility for any mishaps or accidents during this ride.

Attention!: Riders will be gathering at the Zia Rail Runner Station parking lot at about 7:00am, with a planned departure of about 7:15am, Saturday, June 10th…

Planned stops for refueling (but make sure you are packin’ some burritos, H2O, and dinero for the excursion 🌯):

  • Phillips 66 just before Pojoaque
  • Natural Grocers in Los Alamos
  • Amanda’s Jemez Mountain Country Store in La Cueva
  • Dollar General Store in San Ysidro
  • Bosque Brewing in Bernalillo for the food fixin’s… 🙌🏾

If we have made good time and folks are motivated, we will try for some more kilometers to catch the train in Sandia Pueblo. 🦧
