Another day, another drop-off of glass recycling…

One of the bonuses of having a front-loading cargo bike is the ability to use a different vehicle to make my recycling trips to the area off of Agua Fria Street.
In the past I have attempted taking those small blue bins we have for our glass recycling in our car. But sometimes with rainfall being collected in the open bottles and jars, this can result in an unplanned spill in your car, which has happened on a couple of occasions over the years.

With a front-loader at my disposal, I’m able avoid such catastrophes, making it to the recycling site knowing that our family vehicle will remain stank-free and have a pleasant ride taking care of such errands.
