While nature and the outdoors are to be enjoyed by all people, to some, it is a daunting and challenging environment. I include myself as someone who was also fearful of the thought of bikepacking and camping in unknown environments only to find out the fear is in the mind.

Through the sponsorship of REI Co-Op and several other notable outdoor gear brands, three Black women of different backgrounds (and a film crew) embark on a journey that is quite revelatory and empowering for them.

The film ends with a panel discussion of the participants & crew about their experience on the whole.
