What a surprise it was when on my way to the shop (I had to grab some of my favorite blueberry muffins beforehand) I saw in the distance some orange & red touring bags and knew it was one thing. Bicycle Tourists…!
I got to speaking with Krissy (one of the travelers) and she filled me in on how her and her father (Wayne) were going to pedal the 11 Western United States. Starting out from Las Cruces, New Mexico I ran into them in Santa Fe (May 23, 2013) on their way North. Although I would have thoroughly enjoyed joining them on this epic, I wished them all the best on their travels. I know that Sirius Cycles will follow their exploits in the Wild Western roads, but you can stay up-to-date as to where they are at and what they are doing. Bookmark these links…
