Soma Fabrications Double Cross & DC Disc

Spring is on its way here in New Mexico and I’m sure some of you are already planning your next bike tour for this year. With such a mild Winter here in the Southwest, we might be seeing it come a little bit earlier. If your are in the hunt for a new bicycle or just wanting a better frame on a budget, then the Soma Fabrications Double Cross may be the one for you.

An excellent ‘do-all’ frame, the Double Cross has been my commuter/randonneuring/touring bike for the past 5-6 years. With braze-ons and eyelets in all the right places, this bike can be outfitted for lightly-packed day rides or week-long, fully loaded touring. The Double Cross is available in sizes 42cm-62cm.

For 2013, Soma Fabrications has also released the Double Cross Disc. The DC Disc may very well be my next purchase, but also be sure to check out all the other bikes and frames that Soma Fabrications has to offer.

Both the Double Cross, and DC Disc are available in sizes 42cm-62cm, with the disc version also offered in 66cm.
